Licence

Ultralytics ships every YOLO checkpoint under two options: “AGPL-3.0 License” and “Enterprise License”, and states that weights fine-tuned from them inherit the AGPL terms (ultralytics.com/license).

Every yolomax pack is built on Apache-2.0 architectures with attribution notices in the box. No AGPL anywhere in the tree, no Enterprise licence call, no copyleft obligation on your source.
